We are seeking an enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our New Business Development team at PT Global Tek Indo. This is a full‑time position based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities whilst expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution‑based selling.
This position is fundamental to our company’s expansion strategy and offers you the opportunity to contribute directly to our success in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate new business leads
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progress towards sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions and business benefits
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations that address client requirements and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close deals whilst ensuring mutual benefit and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, technical support, and management to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress within the customer relationship management system
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional network and generate leads
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within new business development or enterprise sales environments
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualification, presentation, and closing techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Problem‑solving capabilities and a consultative approach to identifying client needs
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Sales, or a related discipline
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business development activities
- Preferred experience in technology solutions, software sales, or B2B business development
