Sales Executive; FINNS Beach Club

FINNS Beach Club is looking for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive is the face of the company on the ground in Bali. Your primary goal is to identify opportunities, initiate contact, and feed the sales pipeline. You are responsible for the "leg work"—visiting agents, conducting site tours, and ensuring our brand is the first choice for local fixers. You hunt the leads;

the Sales Manager helps you close the "whales".

• Proactively identify and reach out to local Destination Management Companies (DMCs), wedding planners, and corporate fixers.
• Host high‑energy site visits for prospective clients, showcasing our spaces and services.
• Maintain an organized database of local contacts and log daily outreach activities to ensure lead ownership.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to provide all necessary intelligence to close large‑scale GIT and private event contracts.
• Maintain a constant physical presence in the market; attend industry mixers to build the brand's on‑ground reputation.

• 3+ years of experience in Bali hospitality, travel, or venue sales.
• Must have your own reliable transport and be willing to be on the road daily.
• Exceptional social skills; comfortable walking into agencies or hotels to initiate new relationships.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and Professional English are mandatory. Additional languages (Mandarin, Russian, or French) are a significant plus.
