Sales & Product Strategy: Assist in executing sales strategies, managing product life cycles (launches to end-of-life), and analyzing market trends to adjust specs and pricing.
Team Leadership & Support: Mentor the sales team to achieve targets, provide product training (USPs & technical advantages), and prepare sales tools (brochures, competitor comparisons).
Pricing & Inventory: Monitor profit margins to meet company targets and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure product availability.
Technical Liaison: Act as the main link between the distributor and manufacturer/OEM, gather product feedback, and support the aftersales team with technical knowledge.
Key Account & Launches: Build strategic B2B relationships (3PL, logistics heads) and coordinate new forklift unit launches and product demos.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare sales performance reports and ensure team activities comply with industrial safety regulations (e.g., SIO certification).
Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in Product Management or as a Senior Sales/Supervisor in Material Handling, Heavy Equipment, or B2B Automotive
.
Skills: Deep technical understanding of warehouse forklifts, strong market analysis, and inventory management.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Language: Fluent in English (written & spoken) for communication with overseas manufacturers/OEMs.
