Position: Sales B2B Executive (IT Solutions & Industrial Products)
Location: South Tangerang

PT Ichiru System Innovation is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales B2B Executive to join our growing team.

As a Sales B2B Executive, you will help businesses find the right solutions for their operational and industrial needs, including:

  • IT Hardware (Laptops, PCs, and related accessories)
  • Secure PC & Laptop Disposal
  • Custom Software Development
  • UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Industrial Products and Machinery from Japan

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.

Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal completion.

Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.

Report sales activities, pipeline progress, and business opportunities to management.

Achieve or exceed the sales profit targets established by the company.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.

  • Software
  • IT Solutions
  • System Integration Services
  • Industrial Automation Solutions or other related products and services.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Having an existing network of clients or industry contacts in the industrial or technology sectors is a strong advantage.

Willing to travel for customer visits.

Willing to work in South Tangerang, Indonesia.
