Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to drive revenue growth.

Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and consultations to understand client needs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Gather market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback to support business strategies.

Attend events, networking sessions, or customer visits when required.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High level of motivation, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, startup, or digital solutions industries.
• Knowledge of B2B sales cycles.
• Existing network relevant to Beeza’s target market.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
