Location: South Tangerang
LENY Skincare mencari Sales Manager yang andal untuk mengembangkan dan mengarahkan strategi CRM serta ekosistem customer journey. Posisi ini menuntut pengelolaan tim sales/CRM dan optimalisasi pengalaman pelanggan melalui alat CRM dan analitik penjualan.
Kandidat diharapkan memiliki 5–8 tahun pengalaman di Sales/CRM (diutamakan klinik kecantikan/Healthcare/retail) serta minimal 3 tahun di level Leader/SPV/Managerial. Familiar dengan CRM tools, POS, WA API, dan dashboard penjualan.
