Location: South Tangerang

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of our products and services.

Collaborate with Principals and Engineering, to understand product capabilities, features, and benefits,and effectively communicate them to User.

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the company sector to identify opportunities for growth.

Make good communication between the Company and the principal and/or the Company and the user

Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the military and defense industry, including government agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors, to promote our products and services and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management and key stakeholders.

Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and meetings, and serve as a subject matter expert on marketing and communications within the military defense sector.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Business/Other related education
Have 1 - 3 years experience in Marketing, open for diverse industry background.
Would be an advantage if you have experience in automotive, electronics, machine, heavy equipment industry.
Fresh Graduate are very welcome!
Have Knowledge and experience in B2G/B2B industry.
Proven track record of developing and execulting successful marketing strategies.
Having experience in negotiating, delivering briefs and coordinating with third parties.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
With the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers.
