Sales Manager

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, agencies, and corporate accounts.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.

Manage and grow existing accounts and partnerships.

Conduct sales visits, presentations, and business meetings.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to support promotions and events.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities.

Ensure excellent service and professional communication throughout the sales process.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably within hospitality, beach clubs, hotels, or F&B.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Excellent relationship-building and business development abilities.

Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality and tourism market is a plus.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
