• 1. Develop a marketing plan based on market analysis and company objectives.
• 2. Achieve sales targets set by the company.

• 4. Responsible for developing team members through various means, such as mentoring, coaching, counseling, etc.

• 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• 1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or other relevant fields.
• 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial, or Business Development, preferably within the stevedoring, port services, or related industries.
• 3. Good understanding of the stevedoring business, port operations, cargo handling, and the commercial aspects of port services.
• 4. Proven ability to develop business strategies, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales and revenue targets.
• 5. Strong skills in negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management.
• 6. result-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, and commercial acumen.
• 7. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and spoken.
