Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities in B2B Marketing & Sales
- Maintain good relationships with customers and build market networks
- Analyse customer technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and sales closing
- Coordinate with production team to ensure project alignment
- Provide technical support before and after sales
- Understand and know the powder coating market field
- Minimum 2 years experience as a B2B product sales professional
- Able to create quotations and technical/commercial proposals
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target oriented and able to work collaboratively with team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to undertake business travel
- Large commission for each project obtained
