Sales Admin

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Admin to join our team. As a Sales Admin, you will be responsible for providing sales support to our sales department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This is a contract role based in Batuceper Tangerang.

Providing the clients with price lists, catalogs, and promotions

Taking orders by emails, whats

App messages and calls, etc.

Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations

Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Maintaining and updating customer records and databases

Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the sales function

Proven experience in a sales administrative or customer service role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), whatsapp business, google business

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
