Position: Senior Marine Service Engineer (Volvo Penta)
Location: South Tangerang

Job Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and repair of marine diesel engines.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
Handle engine inspection, testing, and commissioning.
Read and analyze technical drawings and engine manuals.
Perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Provide technical support to customers.
Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with technical and operational teams.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in marine diesel engine field.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Willing to travel and work on-site.
Good teamwork and professional attitude.

Preferred

Experience with Volvo Penta engines.
Knowledge of electrical and propulsion systems.
Shipyard or marine service experience.
Technical English communication skills.
Leadership or team supervision experience.
Overtime and travel allowance.
