Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman 1–2 tahun di instalasi kelistrikan, pemahaman sistem kabel sekunder, dan kemampuan bekerja di lapangan. Sertifikat K3 listrik dianggap nilai tambah, SIM A/C adalah plus bagi pelamar.
