Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
The Person al Assistant will manage the executive's diary, organize travel arrangements, and ensure smooth communication. Responsibilities include providing executive administrative assistance, handling personal assistance tasks, and supporting daily operations to ensure productivity.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
- Diary Management and Travel Arrangements skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
