Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events, meetings, conferences, and promotional activities
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders for event execution
Prepare event schedules, checklists, budgets, and reports
Handle vendor coordination including venue booking, logistics, catering, and materials
Maintain and update event-related data, MIS, and reports using MS Excel
Manage invitations, registrations, and attendee coordination
Ensure events are executed as per timelines and company standards
Handle on-ground event coordination and troubleshoot issues during events
Maintain proper documentation and post-event reports
Skills & Requirements:
Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (data management, tracking, reporting)
Excellent coordination and communication skills
