This role is for someone who wants to work directly with a founder, operate at high standards, and grow fast.
At  Key Elements , we work with business owners across India through leadership programs, business scaling systems, and growth frameworks.
Now, we are looking for an  Execution-Focused Executive Assistant  who can bring structure, discipline, and speed to daily operations.

Your Core Role You will work directly with the Founder and ensure:

• Calendar management & scheduling discipline

• Meeting coordination & follow-ups

• Tracking execution of tasks & commitments

• Managing communication (Whats App groups, emails, coordination)

• Event & session coordination support

• Documentation & process support

Qualification You are a good fit if:

• You are highly organised

• You love discipline and structure

• You take ownership without being told twice

• You are proactive, not reactive

• You are comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, and basic tech tools

• You can handle multiple tasks without chaos

• You value growth over comfort

Experience:

1–3 years (EA / Operations / Coordinator roles preferred)
