Cluster Credit Manager; Secured Business Loans

Position: Cluster Credit Manager (Secured Business Loans
Oversee the underwriting of the loans in the designated region.
Lead a team of Credit Managers at a Cluster Level.
Review the underwriting process and define process as per available resources and branch requirements.
Credit decision for secured on organisation policies, processes and merits as per limits.
Evolve underwriting norms customized to the local market needs and update the credit bulletins.
Identify fraudulent practices and mitigate risk through changes in policy and process.
Formulate and manage the technical evaluation process and policies in the region.
Formulate and manage the legal evaluation process in the region.
Appoint and manage external agents for verification process:
Fraud investigation, Legal verification and technical evaluation.
Co-ordinate with the recoveries team and generate business insights to mitigate risk
Resource planning and management at hub for smooth running of operations.
Set exposure limits and maintain total sanctioned amount in the region for customer segments and geographical areas.
