Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide Financial Planning and Analysis to join our finance team. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office presence three-four days per week. FP&A will be responsible for identifying trends, interpret and apply corporate policies and legislation, evaluate profit plans, study reports and provide guidance on the organization’s finances as a whole. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities- Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and strategies
- Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action
- Assist the companies CFO and Controller in development of budget, planning and other financial requirements
- Establish or update database of pertinent information for use in analytics
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and audits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to address issues
- Research and prepare reports
- 3+ years of experience in relevant roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software / financial reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of AR principles, invoicing, and collections.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- 3+ years of relevant experience
