Community Support Coach- CHOICE Crystal Lake
Location: Crystal Lake, IL
Hours:
Part-Time
Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am-1:00pm (9 hours)
Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to assist in the development and implementation of programming that promotes client independence and acquisition of functional skills.
- Assist one individual served in community outings.
- Assist in developing appropriate curriculum for implementing client program objectives and employment opportunities.
- Hands on assistance to clients with activities of daily living which may include feeding and toileting.
- Provide assistance to one individual who attends the day program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be 21 years of age
