Pay Rate: $25 - $29 per hour
Shift: 6am – 4:30pm (30 minute lunch), Monday to Thursday (4-10 hour days)

Schedule:
7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (Training will last approximately 1–2 months before transitioning to the regular shift)
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Administrative Assistant. This role is pivotal to the Operations team, providing essential administrative support to ensure productivity and compliance with regulatory, corporate, and plant-specific requirements. The Operations Support Administrative Assistant reports to the Logistics Team Leader.
PurposeThe primary objective of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team. The successful candidate will help facilitate efficient office operations, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain strict adherence to regulatory and corporate guidelines. This role is expected to exemplify the values and positive work environment of the Corpus Christi site.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, or an Associate’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and ability to learn new software systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Manage daily administrative needs for the Operations group.
- Oversee the review and revision process for Area Operating Manuals, Technical Standards, PSRM Manual, Distribution Manual, and Quality How Manual.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets for procedure reviews and assignments.
- Update and distribute manuals (both electronic and hard copies).
- Track and distribute Temporary Operating Procedures as needed.
- Maintain proficiency in relevant systems (e.g., Reliance) and assist site personnel as required.
- Coordinate meetings and site visits, including logistics such as conference room bookings and catering.
- Order office supplies and participate in plant committees.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and effectiveness.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk throughout office and plant environments.
- Must be able to use hands for computer work, filing, and handling office materials; frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulating small objects is required.
- Occasional reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 pounds; infrequent lifting and moving up to 25 pounds may be necessary for supplies or files.
- Proper lifting techniques must be observed at all times.
