Lifecycle Communities’ Construction team leads land development, pre‑construction, and vertical construction efforts. The team procures materials, sources trades, and manages all aspects of a high‑functioning job site for urban and suburban product types, including commercial, social, and residential spaces.

• Work with the Construction Manager to learn multifamily land development and vertical construction processes.
• Collaborate on financial reporting and analysis related to construction projects.
• Assist in the transition from construction to property management.
• Conduct analysis of contract amendments and assess their impact on financial performance versus the project budget.
• Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Currently or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management.
• Previous construction internship experience and exposure to project management software is preferred, but not required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
