Role DescriptionThis is a on-site Front Desk Representative role located in Ingleside, TX. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries. Additional duties include managing phone communications, maintaining the front desk, breakfast, lobby area, and ensuring a positive guest experience through strong customer service.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent guest experiences and address inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Reservations, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and booking reservations
- Effective Phone Etiquette for responding to guest calls and addressing their needs efficiently
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation management systems, preferred
- Available to work overnights, evenings, weekends and holidays
