Alaska Overview
The Alaska segment primarily explores for, produces, transports and markets crude oil, natural gas and NGLs. We are the largest crude oil producer in Alaska and have major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk and Western North Slope asset areas. Additionally, we are one of Alaska’s largest owners of state, federal and fee exploration leases, with approximately one million net undeveloped acres at year-end 2025.

Alaska operations contributed 12 percent of our consolidated liquids production and one percent of our consolidated natural gas production.

In 2025, net crude oil production for Alaska averaged 199 MBOED.

The Bear Tooth Unit in the Western North Slope includes the Willow Project (Willow). In December 2023, we announced Willow FID. The project will consist of three drill sites, an operations center and camp, and a processing facility. In 2025, the project completed the peak construction season, which included gravel and pipeline construction and operations center hookup and installation, and is expected to achieve near 50 percent project completion this winter season.

Additionally, fabrication of the processing facility is on schedule for transport to the North Slope in 2027. First oil is anticipated in early 2029.

Conoco Phillips Alaska is currently seeking a Willow Maintenance Representative
- Mechanical with a strong understanding of North Slope production facility, drill site and pipeline operations, maintenance and interplay between other infrastructure on the North Slope. This position will benefit from an understanding of trade-offs between major project capital expenditure and future operations and maintenance constraints and costs, particularly in the current project “execute” phase where changes to facility design and equipment are increasingly difficult to accommodate.

The Willow Maintenance Representative will report, as part of the team of O&M representatives, to the Willow Mechanical Rep Team Lead, and is intended to transition into the long-term Willow O&M organization during mobilization to the North Slope for final commissioning and startup of full-field operations.

As part of the Willow Asset Team, the Willow Mechanical Representative will represent the needs of the future Willow O&M Organization within the project team, with specific focus on fabrication, commissioning and overall delivery of the Willow Central Facility (WCF) and Drill sites (BT1/2/3). Selected individual(s) will be expected to take an active, hands‑on role in mechanical completion and commissioning in the fabrication yard and on the North Slope, regularly receiving tactical work direction from the construction and commissioning teams.

Additional responsibilities include specific focus on mechanical and rotating equipment and vendor packages, material handling, and maintainability, as well as supporting overall Willow O&M Readiness planning and WOC facilities commissioning and startup plan development and execution.
