Physical Therapist – Pediatric Home Health | Portland, Ingleside, Corpus Christi Areas

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You will assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
