Ship Fitters or Structural Fitters
Labor One is currently hiring Ship Fitters or Structural Fitters in Ingleside, TX and Brownsville, TX. Perdiem is available.
Job Requirements:
- Three years of experience in shipyard.
- Ship fitter knowledge of Welding, tacking, burning, and scarfing.
- Assessment test includes written blueprint basic ship fitting, hands on blueprint burning, tacking, assembly.
- Must comprehend written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to hear warning signals, read and comprehend safety instructions, regulations, and warnings.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must be able to work any shift and overtime.
