Labor One Staffing is looking for skilled welders for the Ingleside, TX area. Welders to build and repair large structures and platforms. Most fabrication will be done with flux core. Must pass a 6GR skill test. Job requirements include reading blueprints and drawings, determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements, setting up components of welding according to specifications, operating angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded, aligning components using calipers, rulers, etc.,

and clamping pieces. Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions, repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps, verify your work that welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws, maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety and skills. Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures, experience in using electrical or manual tools, ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings, knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing and PPE, experience using cutting tools, ability to measure and cut materials, pass 6GR test, must be willing to work in heights and confined spaces.
