Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II)

Pay Range: $24.56 - $35.62

• Provide World Class Member service to members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promote credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Process transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary services.
• Perform file maintenance, including requests for change of address, check orders, ATM card orders, vault and night drop duties, and morning/evening branch preparation.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union savings and consumer loan products; basic knowledge of real estate products.
• Maintain cash and negotiables, and suggest streamlining department and credit union operations.
• Process new memberships, share accounts, savings services, and consumer loan requests; conduct research on accounts and correct account problems.
• Deliver face‑to‑face service, assess member needs, address concerns, and gain agreement on products and services.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and assigned training, including BSA regulations; failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1‑3 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
