Position Details:- Full Time - Monday – Friday
- Locations:
Hollywood
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate intake processes
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless intake process
- Manage client communications from initial call through handoff to the therapist
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a mental health or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Effectively manage the intake process with a combination of empathy and confidence
Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

This salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
