The Enrollment and Eligibility Specialist provides patients, patients’ family, and community residents with vital information and linkages to affordable care and appropriate health benefits — including enrollment assistance for insurance programs, such as Covered California, Medi-Cal. Provides information about programs and services available to the community that foster community health and wellness for the residents of Southeast Los Angeles.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of work experience in the medical field, preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medical terminology, preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $26.00.

    The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
