Job SummaryAbout the Role - This position will provide support to both the Intuit Dome Arena and The Forum.
This is an hourly, event-based role, with occasional non-event day support as needed.
Responsibilities- Ensure POS and supporting systems are fully operational before each event
- Respond to real-time tech issues and elevate as needed
- Troubleshoot device connectivity and software/hardware malfunctions
- Record and report all issues, resolutions, and recommendations post-event
- Install, move, or replace hardware when required (to include employee hardware and printing peripherals)
- Maintain up-to-date inventories of tech equipment
- Support and trouble shoot 'all' designated equipment operating and running POS software (Apple and Android)
- Send out daily recap reports detailing event-day performance and any ongoing concerns POST event
- 1+ year experience supporting tech systems (POS, hardware, software)
- Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, wireless)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to problem-solving
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
