THE ROLE The Senior Corporate Paralegal, Employment provides high-level legal and strategic administrative support to the SVP, Employment Counsel in managing employment-related legal matters across a complex, national organization. This role serves as a key operational partner in tracking, organizing, and responding to employment claims, agency charges, litigation, and internal investigations.
This is a hybrid position with a strong preference for candidates located near Culver City, CA. Must be able to work in office at least three days a week.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Lead tracking and management of all employment-related legal matters.
* Draft and finalize responses to EEOC and state agency charges.
* Manage and monitor critical legal deadlines.
* Support employment litigation including discovery coordination and legal holds.
* Oversee matter management systems and reporting.
* Coordinate with outside counsel and review invoices.
* Assist with internal investigations and compliance initiatives.
* Prepare executive-level summaries of employment matters.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
** SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
** Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
** QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree required;
Paralegal certification strongly preferred.
* 7+ years of paralegal experience with significant focus on employment law.
* Experience independently managing EEOC and state agency charge responses.

* Skills and Abilities
*** Strong employment litigation support experience.
* In-house corporate legal department experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
* Exceptional written communication and organizational skills.
** COMPENSATION
* * This role offers a base salary range of **$100,000–$120,000 annually**, plus a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
