Role DescriptionThe Entry-level Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual in Mandarin) is a full-time, on-site role based in Inglewood, CA. This position assists with coordinating import and export shipments, preparing and reviewing shipping documents, and communicating with carriers, vendors, and customers. The coordinator will track shipments, update internal systems, and resolve routine logistics and documentation issues. Daily responsibilities include data entry, maintaining accurate records, supporting customs and compliance processes, and providing service-oriented responses to inquiries in both English and Mandarin.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, cost-effective routing, and adherence to company procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge or interest in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email) and data entry.
- Ability to work on-site in Inglewood, CA and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn procedures and regulations.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
- Prior internship or experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
Schedule:
5 days a week
Salary Range: 48-52k per annual
