RMA Electronics Test Technician Position Summary

Performs testing, troubleshooting, repair, and rework of PCB assemblies and electronic products. Uses electronic test equipment and hand tools to verify product performance and ensure compliance with established specifications and procedures.

• Soldering and rework experience
• Ability to use DVMs, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, signal generators, and related test equipment
• Knowledge of electronic components and circuit fundamentals
• Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital circuits to the component level
• Ability to read and follow test procedures, schematics, and work instructions

• Set up and operate test equipment and fixtures
• Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic products
• Diagnose and repair PCB assemblies and electronic equipment
• Measure and verify electrical performance against specifications
• Document test results, repairs, and product issues
• Package and prepare repaired products for shipment
• Follow all safety and ESD procedures
• Report quality, test, or documentation issues to supervision
