Ability to work with hot food team.

• Check daily food racks for allergen & date labeling.
• Ensure all food racks are covered.
• Maintain 2nd temperature on cook-in chill log.
• Comply with all HACCP and Flying Food Group sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures.
• Check FIFO daily.
• Advise supervisor if food is 72 hours old; dispose of food after 72 hours and document on waste log.
• Handle minor disputes regarding working procedures professionally.
• Keep coolers #2 and #3 clean and organized; rewrap if necessary.
• Be flexible with work schedule and hours.
• Work in an environment of 38 degrees.

• Read and write in English.
• Perform basic math and use a calculator.
• Multi‑task effectively.
• Consistently attend and arrive on time.
• Follow instructions, take responsibility, and communicate alternate plans when needed.
• Proactively ask for and offer help.
• Observe safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.

Schedules are based on our needs; we are a 24/7 facility and candidates will need to be able to work any schedule, any day including holidays and weekends.
