Registered Nurse – Relief Pool - Permanent Part-Time | Guaranteed Hours | Multiple Locations

Registered Nursesto join our Centralised Relief Staff Pool. This is a unique opportunity to secureguaranteed hourson apermanent part-timebasis while supporting aged care teams across multiple residential facilities.

• North:
  
  Kingsley, Madeley, Oxford Gardens (Joondalup)
• Central:
  
  Innaloo, Redcliffe, Inglewood, Subiaco
• South:
  
  Waikiki, Mandurah

To be considered, you must be available to work across all facilities within your selected pool region.

Requirements:

To be considered you must be available aminimumof 3 weekdays (Monday to Friday) each week and be available for at least 2 different shift types (Morning and Afternoon) the more days you are available, the more hours we can guarantee.

Example
:

• 3 weekdays (Mon – Fri) per week with min 2 shift types will guarantee 15hrs per fortnight
• 4 weekdays (Mon – Fri) per week with min 2 shift types will guarantee 30hrs per fortnight
• 5 weekdays (Mon – Fri) per week with 1 shift type only will guarantee 20hrs per fortnight
• 5 weekdays (Mon – Fri) per week with min 2 shift types will guarantee 45hrs per fortnight
• 7 weekdays (Mon-Sun) per week, covering all shift types will guarantee 60hrs per fortnight

Suitable pool employee can be offered permanent part timecontractsup to 60 hours per fortnight.

As part of our Residential Aged Care (RAC) team, you’ll:

• Deliver inclusive, person-centred care
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for our clients

• Current
  
  AHPRA registration
• Minimum3 years post-grad RN experience, ideally in aged care
• Strong clinical skills and leadership ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid National Police Clearance(less than 12 months old)
• First Aid Certificate(with valid CPR, less than 3 years old)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
