Center Supervisor - Inglewood, CA

Job Description

We are opening a new Plasma Collection Center in Inglewood, CA in November 2026. The Center Manager will welcome donors, oversee daily operations, and ensure high‑quality plasma collection.

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non‑conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 32 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Willingness to wear gloves for pro‑longed periods due to exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Hourly wage: $27.60 – $37.95, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Salary will comply with applicable minimum wage laws.
