Join Bright Star Care of Coastal Los Angeles as a Home Infusion RN and bring high-quality infusion therapy directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. No rushed hospital shifts—just focused care and real connections.

• Administer IV therapies (medications, fluids, specialty infusions)
• Monitor patients and respond to any reactions or concerns
• Perform assessments (vitals, infusion sites, overall health)
• Educate patients & families so they feel confident and supported
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists & care teams
• Keep clear, accurate documentation (EMR)
• Ensure safety, infection control, and best practices at all times

• Active California RN license
• 2+ years nursing experience (infusion/home health a big plus!)
• Strong IV and clinical skills
• BLS required (ACLS preferred)
• Confidence working independently
• Great communication & patient-first mindset
• Reliable transportation for home visits
