Job Summary

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse who will provide compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis center.

Location:

11239 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA. Must work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Sessions may be on‑site or in a training clinic.

Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families; deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities; work in a fast‑paced environment as part of a supportive team.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification required if state regulations require it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a training program approved by the medical director and CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
• Minimum one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire required.

Wage range: $27.00 - $39.00/hour. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and experience.
