Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings. Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities for patients, including toddlers and geriatrics.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring comfort during challenging times.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
