Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in sanitary condition;
Scrape and rinse food from dishes and wash them by hand or in dishwashing machine;
Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures;
Polish silver using burnishing machine or hand cloth;
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain cleanliness standards
