Dinasty Security Services is hiring a professional, dependable, and alert Unarmed Security Guard for a construction site assignment. This post requires strong patrol discipline, clear reporting, professionalism, and strict compliance with site safety rules and client requirements.

• $21.00 per hour

• Long sleeve or short sleeve uniform shirt

• Windbreaker

• Pants

• Company hat

• Duty belt

• Handcuffs with holder

• Flashlight with holder

• Security badge

• Tactical boots

• Perform active patrols on foot and/or by golf cart and maintain a visible security presence throughout the shift.

• Monitor the site for unauthorized access, theft, trespassing, suspicious activity, and safety concerns.

• Secure gates, trailers, containers, and other designated areas and immediately notify management of any issue.

• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports accurately and on time.

• Follow all post orders, client instructions, site safety rules, and reporting procedures.

• Computer Literate:
  Demonstrates the ability to use email (including sending messages and opening attachments), perform accurate data entry in logs, reports, or Google Sheets, navigate digital patrol apps and online portals, upload, download, and attach files or photos, and resolve basic system or connectivity issues.

• Valid California Guard Card and reliable transportation required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre‑employment background check.

• Must be punctual, professional, and able to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Construction site security experience is preferred but not required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

• Ability to conduct foot patrols.

• Ability to be on foot for long periods of time.

• Must complete OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 as required for this assignment.

• Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and schedule adjustments based on project needs.

• No earbuds, headphones, or other distractions while on duty.

• Must attend required safety meetings and maintain professional conduct at all times.
