Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, assisting with access control, visitor screening processes, and/or direction-giving in support of daily site operations;
Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy-related issues observed during patrols, and follow post orders for escalations and incident reporting
