Westland Real Estate Group in Inglewood, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our residential community safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule, and support residents with courteous service.
Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years' hands-on maintenance experience, basic skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry, and a valid driver's license.
