Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer with at least 2 years of residential installation experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and confident working independently or leading small crews. This role is perfect for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential homes.
• Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components.
• Ensure the safety of your crew, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times.
• Complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, dispatch, and management.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures on all job sites.

• 2-4 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
