Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with power washing, maintenance, or construction-related work is a plus
- Ability to operate equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to perform heavy work involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, repetitive motions, equipment use, and lifting/carrying materials
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs from floor to waist
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs from waist to shoulder
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs overhead
- Ability to carry up to 100 lbs for up to 20 feet
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to maintain assigned company vehicle and follow scheduled service requirements
- Ability to work varied hours with reasonable notice
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and properly use PPE
Demonstrates expertise in power washing, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations and ADA standards. Capable of operating various equipment and performing physical tasks in diverse outdoor conditions.
