Lead Pastor Role:
Seattle New Life Fellowship is a thriving, predominantly Asian American evangelical congregation in Kirkland, WA, seeking a Lead Pastor to shepherd the church's next season of spiritual growth, discipleship, and mission. The pastor will serve as the primary vision-caster and preacher, develop staff and volunteer leaders, foster a healthy church culture, and work closely with the Board of Elders.
Key Qualifications- Master of Divinity from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of full-time ministry experience
- 3+ years managing paid staff
- Experience leading a church of similar or greater size
- Experience in Asian American ministry contexts
- Strong biblical preaching and teaching ability
- Emotional and cultural intelligence across diverse, multi-generational settings
- Commitment to a minimum 5-year tenure
