• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with social emotional learning standards and academic goals
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs

• Active Michigan teaching license in the appropriate content area
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
