Social Emotional Learning Teacher Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with social emotional learning standards and academic goals

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs

• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all students

• Partner with families to communicate student progress and needs

• Use data, research-based strategies, and technology to enhance learning

• Collaborate with colleagues to build a strong school community

• Support school-wide expectations, routines, and culture

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan teaching license in the appropriate content area

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commitment to student growth, equity, and engagement

• Experience in urban education preferred
