For more than 20 years, Footprint Solutions has partnered with some of the nation's leading retailers to provide merchandising, installation, and in-store support services. We help retailers keep their stores organized, stocked, and customer-ready.

• Independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise
• Update planograms and product displays
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assist with store refreshes and resets
• Apply security tags and labels
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Travel time pay and mileage reimbursement for travel between locations
• Earn supplemental income with a flexible schedule working in your local market

• No experience required – virtual training and ongoing support provided

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
