Clearco is in search of a driven Partnerships Manager who will fully own the partnerships lifecycle to fuel revenue growth. In a remote-first environment, your role will include sourcing new partners, managing partner performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will need the entrepreneurial spirit to navigate challenges and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit new partners aligned with Clearco’s growth goals
• Negotiate agreements and ensure thorough onboarding of partners
• Conduct regular reviews to track partner performance
• Craft actionable partner plans leading to revenue contributions
• Synchronize efforts with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in partnerships or related fields
• History of successfully managing end-to-end partnerships
• Proficient communication skills for remote teamwork
• Strong analytical ability with tools like Salesforce
• Enjoy working in small, agile teams
